The Historic Irvington Ballroom

In the heart of the Historic Irvington neighborhood, the Club's Ballroom was completed in 1912 and is on the National Register of Historic Places.

The Irvington Club ballroom is available for rent by both members only. The rental fee is $350 for members. A $100 deposit is required to reserve the room. This $100 will be applied to the rental fee. The deposit is refundable up to 30 days prior to the event.

The following is a list of features included in the day rental fee:

* 10 eight-foot long tables

* 3 five-foot round tables

* 100 chairs

* Restroom and kitchen access

* bar (for beer and wine)

* stage area (not elevated)

It is the responsiblity of the renter to confine his/her party to the ballroom, bathrooms, and kitchen. The rest of the club is private and for Irvington Club members only. The Club/Ballroom is a non-smoking facility
