Workout Classes (Updated 8/18/10) Weight Room Orientation Classes Check back to see when the next weight room orientation class will
be. Tai Chi Class Click here for information on the new Tai Chi class being offering in the Fall of 2010. Body Sculpting and Fitness Class Joey Smith leads this program that is specifically geared for those looking to improve their overall cardiovascular fitness, toning, and weight loss. This program will be conducted in the ballroom with and emphasis on core and light weight training. His schedule is as follows:
*Saturday class only offered when there are no ballroom reservations. Check your e-mails from Joey. Beginning Fitness Class Joey offers a beginning fitness class for all those that are looking to start a new fitness program or for those who want to workout at a little slower pace. Come check out his class every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:30-10:30 am in the Ballroom! Junior Conditioning Class The time will be every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 5:00-6:00 pm. Fees Click here for rates on all group classes and private sessions Group Training Click here to view packages available for sessions with Joey Smith. Yoga Classes are every Monday and Wednesday evening at 6:00 and are instructed by Karin Welch. Each class is $10 and payment should be made to Karin.
