Weight Room Orientation Classes

We will have a couple of weight room orientation classes scheduled for October. Check back soon for dates and times.

Body Sculpting and Fitness Class

Joey Smith leads this program that is specifically geared for those looking to improve their overall cardiovascular fitness, toning, and weight loss. This program will be conducted in the ballroom with and emphasis on core and light weight training.

His schedule is as follows:

Beginning Fitness Class

Joey offers a beginning fitness class for all those that are looking to start a new fitness program or for those who want to workout at a little slower pace. Come check out his class every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:30-10:30 am in the Ballroom!

Junior Conditioning Class

The time will be every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 5:00-6:00 pm.

Yoga

Classes are every Monday and Wednesday evening at 6:00 and are instructed by Karin Welch. Each class is $10 and payment should be made to Karin.
