Dylan King Wins National Championship

Congratulations Dylan & Andrew for winning the "Mike Agassi No Quit National Chanpionships" Boy's 14s Doubles in Las Vegas!

Dylan King and partner, Andrew Newell, won four matches along their way to claim the national level 3 championship.  King and Newell beat out the 4th, 3rd, and 1st seeds of the tournament.  Their opponenets traveled from New York, Chicago, Arizona, Utah, California, and Seattle.

In singles, Dylan made it to the 2nd round losing a tough 3 setter to the future finalist. However Dylan managed to win the next 3 matches in the double feed-in consolation draw taking him to the semi-finals.  Unfortunately, Dylan had to withdraw from the tournament in order to catch his flight home.

We at Irvington are proud to have Dylan King as a member and congratulate him in his success.
