Weight Room

The Irvington Club's weight room has everything you need for both an aerobic and weightlifting workout.  Call the club (503-287-8749) for our next scheduled orientation.

State-of-the-art LifeFitness and Hammer machines, in addition to free weights provide all the tools you need for a wide range of objectives.  Equipment includes:

-Recumbent Exercise Bike
-Cross Trainer-Total Body System
-Abdominal Work Station
